I want you to imagine you handed me the reins to your life.
I'm taking a break from running the gym. My next obstacle to tackle...
You.
Your routine, your habits, the whole shebang.
You're sick of spinning your wheels and you want somebody to come in and right the ship.
So I come waltzing into your life. Clipboard in hand ready to do an audit. I've got that Gordon Ramsay energy, minus most of the yelling.
In these situations, typically pretty soon into us chatting, I already spot a few simple things we'd want to change.
Your sleep's a disaster.
You're doing cardio five days a week and wondering why the scale won't budge.
You are lifting the same weight for goblet squats that you did when you first started...3 years ago!
And you "start Monday" roughly every Monday of your entire adult life.
Sound familiar? Uh huh. Thought so. Been there before too.
Sorry to say, you're not special or alone, this is where most people faceplant and the struggle they put on themselves.
The problem, even though well-intentioned is you try to fix all twelve things at once: new diet, new program, new sleep schedule, cooking vegetables all of a sudden, blue-light therapy, and all of it kicking off tomorrow.
So by Thursday you're dragging, cranky, and back on the couch with a sleeve of Oreos wondering where it all went sideways.
Here's my hard truth: YOU can only fix so much at once. So we have to make some brutal decisions about what to leave alone.
That's actually my whole trick. Knowing what NOT to touch.
I'm gonna walk you through our exact thought process and plan of action, and show you how to look at your own routine with fresh eyes so you can finally start feeling confident that what you're doing is actually leading somewhere.
Not the problem you think you have. The actual one.
Most people I meet with are dead certain they need to do more, when the truth is they have no clue where they even stand. So before you can achange a single thing, we need to know where you're currently at.
Here at Xceleration, that start by you getting a DEXA scan. This provides us real numbers for muscle, fat, where it's hiding, and will help to guide questions to help paint the whole picture. No more guessing about what the most important area is going to help build momentum.
You can't fix what you don't know.
We look at everything you're doing and do an audit of what strings are best to be pulling right now.
Not because there's something inherently bad about it, but because you may be doing too much of it, too soon, or missing the low hanging fruit. So we pick two to three things.
Show up three days a week. Lift something heavy. When this happens, try these instead.
That's it. That can sometimes even be the entire plan for the next three months.
Boring? Yep. Guess what — simple isn't sexy.
You remember Terri? Fifteen years she hadn't jumped. Like, both-feet-off-the-ground jumped.
She didn't get there juggling seventeen things at once. She got there showing up, doing the unsexy boring stuff like balancing on her tip toes, letting it quietly pile up.
And then one day....her mad hops returned!
The goal is to help you create a plan for when you're going to get tripped up. Once those first few things become automatic then we start to see if there's other things necessary to add.
A little more volume.
Dial in what you're eating.
Maybe coax you into an in-house workout challenge happening at the gym so you've got something to chase.
But you'll become more intentional about it. Add too much too early and the whole thing topples.
A lot of times we are our harshest critics so we get caught in the trap of telling ourselves all the boxes we aren't checking. Reality is you likely don't need that full life overhaul.
You need somebody to walk in with fresh eyes, tell you the two things that matter right now, and talk you out of the other ten.
That's literally our job. And why we've created a gym where more than half our members have been with us for 7+ years.
So here's my pitch:
I want to ride shotgun with YOU. Book a Jumpstart Call and we'll do exactly this. Fresh eys on your routine, help you with the hard decisions , and a plan that fits your actual life instead of some influencer's.
I've got the clipboard ready.
