I’m married and have two little girls, Ava and Madison. I work out and lift weights not only for myself but to also set a good example for my daughters. I hope to lead the way in showing them how important exercise and proper nutrition are in their lives. I enjoy inspiring people and teaching others what I’m passionate about and that’s fitness. I knew since tenth grade I wanted to work in some sort of fitness role. This is how I gravitated towards teaching P.E. When I was taking courses in college, I took one course in particular that gave me an option to intern at a gym and I instantly fell in love with the place, the energy, the community, and how much I was learning. Not only was I able to improve my own fitness but I was helping others achieve their fitness goals and it felt amazing. I have learned in my fitness journey that I strongly support the philosophy of the importance of building muscle and maintaining mobility as much as possible to promote longevity and quality of life in the long run. Soccer was my game growing up! Then I began branching out as an adult playing racquetball, volleyball, tennis, and other sports I could. I have also competed in a physique competition and learned so much about self discipline and pushing my body’s limits- both good and bad.

I am passionate about anything fitness and helping people reach their fitness goals through positive fitness experiences is my ultimate goal.
