FULL BODY STRENGTH & CARDIO BOOT CAMP
Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels. Each workout incorporates stretching, conditioning, and strength focused on varied muscle groups. Your 45 - 60 minute workout will be in a group setting led by a certified instructor. Boot camp protocol is posted weekly on our social pages and includes workouts such as Cardio HIIT, Buns & Thighs, and Full Body Pump. At Xceleration Fitness variety is everything - you'll never complete the same workout twice. Expect to have fun and get a great sweat.
SEMI PRIVATE TRAINING
Our semi private training sessions are designed to help our clients become stronger, leaner, and function better in everyday life. The workouts are in a small group format with no more than 6 members in a session. Our trainers will focus on more advanced versions of exercises and injury prevention. Our boot camp and semi private workouts go together like eggs and bacon - they really are the perfect pair.
Whatever your goals, Xceleration Fitness personal training will bring results. Xceleration Fitness will work 1 on 1 with you to design a program to support your unique goals, schedule, and personality. Our experienced trainers specialize in working around injuries and other personal challenges. Our trainers have a wide span of certifications such as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists® and the Prenatal and Postnatal Fitness Specialist Certification. So, whether you're an athlete looking to improve in the off season or a new mom finding some me time, we have a trainer and program for you.
XB BODY BUILDING
The Xceleration Body Building program is focused on physique building and incorporates nutritional programming specific to you as an individual. Membership packages also include posing sessions and support of the Xceleration Body Building community to get you ready for competition.
ONLINE & ON DEMAND
Xceleration offers weekly live 7am Zoom boot camp classes designed for all fitness levels. Each workout is about 30-45 minutes that incorporates stretching, body weight conditioning/strength, and cool down within the class. Their is also an on demand class library that you are able to complete the workout based on your schedule for the day.
