HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR FIRST CLASS

Trying a new workout or gym can be intimidating. From the moment you walk into Xceleration Fitness you'll feel at home. Our community is unlike any other and we're excited to have you experience our motivating and uplifting community.
​After all - Xceleration Fitness is all about LOVE, COMMUNITY, and RESULTS.

BEFORE

Set yourself up for success. Show up 15 minutes early to check-in. Bring workout clothes, shoes, water, and a towel if you plan on showering or using the sauna for a post sweat sesh. Lockers are available for use. You can bring your own lock or purchase one at our front desk.

DURING

Your trainer will introduce themselves prior to the workout session. Let them know about any physical limitations or injuries. Have fun and get a great sweat during your 45 - 60 minute instructor led class. This is your hour.

AFTER

Rinse, relax, and enjoy the amenities Xceleration Fitness has to offer. Spend some time in the sauna, get a hot shower, and grab a protein shake in the members lounge. Stop by the front desk to book your next session and go make the world a better place.
